Well. Not only have I not done one bit of work today. I burnt the chicken and I almost burnt the green beans which is hard, I know. They were saved. Bluebell. I found numerous brands on Amazon, which were not the brands I remember using many years ago. But I will try as many as I can and I will let you know. (I searched Italian tuna in olive oil and then did the rating search. Some cans were the 5 oz and some were 3 oz. But the thing is I got kicked off Amazon for life because I returned too much, so I will have to buy on Walmart or Jet. I will let you know what I find that is good. And if you have access you can let me know, too. Tuna I think in Italian is TONNO. We could also maybe find Spanish brands too. Bluebell. Do you have one of those high-powered blenders like the Nutribullet that cook the soup in the blender? It really works except when it explodes in the kitchen and it takes 6 hours to clean it up. It works so good I am considering doing it in the yard. (I am laughing here, but this is not meant to be a joke.) You can buy them reconditioned at Walmart.com. But then. Maybe that is why mine exploded. My Brazilian JiuJitsu teacher uses his to make green smoothies. My gosh. You could do this too, at work. Bring a Nutribullet and make smoothies at work. Have it explode. And there you are. Chaos at work. (When I am in a certain state of mind I thrive on creating Chaos for others. Which certainly is an interesting personality trait. Especially the lack of inhibition to admit it.) I crack myself up. I had a somatic experiencing/rolfing treatment yesterday. It was my second. I think it helps me. It feels good to be in touch with this part of my personality that I like to create chaos. It is certainly preferable to wanting to throw myself in front of the oncoming train. Please do not worry about me. I am very in control. And I am not suicidal. I write the truth here because there have to be at least a few others out there who get as despairing as I have. You too can come to want to make chaos. (For others.)
