Diabetes runs in my family and it has been proven walking after meals (minimum of 10 minutes) drastically lowers the odds. </p><p>so..</p><p>I put my fit bit on when I get up at 7am..I usually have 12-1300 random steps before my walk at 9am</p><p>7-9 AM RANDOM 1,200</p><p>9-10 am WALK/RUN 10,000</p><p>10-12:30 RANDOM 2,500</p><p>12:30-1 WALK 4,000</p><p>1- 5:30 RANDOM 2,500</p><p>5:30-6 WALK 4,000</p><p>Rest of the day 2,000</p><p>-----------------------------------------</p><p> 26,200</p><p>I wear a fit bit alta.</p><p>I also have a charge 2... funny..one day I was wearing the charge and I was doing a lot of cleaning and had 47 flights of stairs..holy moly! our house has 3 full levels...I was up and down a lot. </p><p>I am not much for sitting. I get board..perhaps a bit add..ya think ..lol.</p><p></p><p>Why don't I get board walking? I n the morning I run to Thomas rhett, Chris Young, country stuff mainly</p><p>the rst I walk listening to novels.. I love to listen to novels. total stress relief.
