Fly away!
I filed in September. I just found out from my doctor today - my primary care doctor - that she hasn't received anything from them. Yet my neuropsychologist had months ago.

What do I do? Do I call them and ask what's going on or what? I've already had an appointment with one of their doctors.

I honestly dont know if my primary care doctor ever got asked for anything. I know hospitals did, shrinks did, radiologists did. Have no clue about a primary. Might want to get all those records copied yourself and take them in.

Because I am disabled by bipolar and anxiety disorder, it was the psychiatrist's input they were seeking. The other thing they wanted was statements from friends and family members detailing the deficits they saw. That and a statement from me detailing the impact of my issues. They did check and verify employment info and documented those records as well.

Well I was going for disabled with both bipolar and fibro/arthritis so it would have made sense for them to have ordered the records from my primary doctor along with my psychiatrist, therapist and all the other assorted specialists and hospitals I was associated with but I dont know if they did. I know what I won under but then again, I had ortho records supporting the arthritis and the fibro too plus a rheumy. AND their doctor who had seen me.
