I know what you mean Star. easy child needs to do a clean out of toys like that for the boys in a big way. It's not all her fault either......they have a LOT of grandparents when you include great and great great and the step thing, and most on sister in law's side over do with presents. Not that easy child and sister in law don't do their fair share of spoiling. It's what made me shift gears and try to find the something special that would make their holiday, something suited just for them that I knew would make their eye light up because they would know that Nana knew what they really wanted. And if that something is 2nd hand, so be it. Alex nearly wet his pants over his batcave. They haven't sold in stores in years. There was no choice but to go to ebay for it. It was Evan with his tools and tool belt. I guessed correctly that much of his destructive behavior was actually curiosity based. Last I heard he was still sleeping in the tool belt. Darrin's barn with his sturdy animals and the tractor and trailer. He's been playing with it since he was 2. Once in a while I find something to add to it. Star at least those people didn't just throw those toys away, but passed them on to be used and love by other kids. I know so many people who just toss them into the trash.
