G'day, folks. A quick greeting this morning, it's late and tomorrow is a busy day. Today - supervised difficult child 3's work then got him to practice-drive me to my appointment (getting fitted with partial prosthesis and associated new bras). difficult child 3 said guiltily, "I know we had an election on Saturday but I'm so out of touch - who won?" and I had to say, "Neither. We don't know yet who will be the leader of our country. It's a mess." And it still is - a hung parliament. I've been flirting with paid market research, online surveys etc today and beginning to wonder if I've made a HUGE mistake... I keep getting asked to register for this site and that, but actually finding surveys to fill in seems impossible. A site says, "Join here to get paid to complete surveys!" but when I do, and I get the email tat says, "click on this link to complete your registration," I do so and it leads me to another site I have to join. And so on, and so on. I think tne count is up to about 40 now... Tomorrow we go in to the school, difficult child 3 has an English lesson and I hopefully get the chance to talk through some issues (such as the claim I've been doing his assignments for him). I'm not happy with this teacher, who now seems to want to pretend none of it happened. After that - drama class. With some shopping in between. Hopefully I can get some sleep in the meantime! Enjoy your Monday. Marg
