Have any medications been tried? Did they have an effect? This is a horrible situation and at this point i think first priority is the safety of others in and around your home. If he inadvertanly hurts a neighbor or a friend of your other children you could be held liable. I would perhaps talk to a social worker and see what more longterm options are available.
