[QUOTE="Nomad, post: 182217"] Edamame is great! by the way, Fran, have you seen that Pepperidge Farm is now making their Choc. Chip cookies in 100 calorie bags? They are soooo delicious. Only bad thing...you don't get much for 100 calories. But the choc. in those chips are unusually good. I'm going to buy them once in a while...not too often. I don't like to keep that around too much/too often. Thank you Shari for the name of the bread. Big secret... I have discovered that sometimes if I am seriously stressed, I can drink a diet soad (like a diet root beer) and get rid of naughty sugar cravings!!! I try not to drink these diet sodas all the time and then if I find myself reaching for sweets because I am stressed...I drink the diet soda instead...it tastes very "sugary" and it "feeds" my emotional eating "stuff."
