So, with that being said I would literally vomit and have panic attacks when i'd be at the office years ago and her BiPolar (BP) would shoot up adn she'd be having an anxiety attack and i'd have to rush to get the train home to get her. It was such a horror show. I thought wow i'd either get better at this and accept where we are, acceptance is huge i find or i'm not going to make it. So, slowly working with myself and spending last year here and wiht a therapist i saw as well got me to the point where i can handle it wihtout going overboard myself.</p><p> </p><p>((hugs)) i know it can be very hard, yet you are not alone if that helps at all.</p></blockquote><p></p>
