I did it!

I had been covering the gray myself for several years. I never did like the one color look, but dealt with it over the serious gray that has become my crown. Today I went to a local salon and had an all over color and then high lights. I love the look. Hopefully now I'll just have to go for root cover ups!

I feel fabulous. A former student stopped by today to look at some trees that he is supposed to cut down for me. He asked me what I was doing to stay so young looking---He said, "Darn, I look older than you do, and you taught me in high school." I laughed and told him it was good living.
