While nothing stops the pain, I know I am not alone, I know what I can and can't control, and I can get the feelings out and not let them make me sick. Everyone in my house is suffering in some way. We are on pins and needles all the time. My daughter is a minor so she is home and has to be until 18 (6 months and counting). I agree with protecting yourself and home as much as possible.
