I can't say that I'm back to my old eating habits because I'm not really eating out (have eliminated fast food with the exception of pizza and subway now and again), I'm eating much more fruit and veggies - but I'm craving </span><span style="color: purple">CARBS </span><span style="color: sienna">and </span><span style="color: orange">CHEESE</span><span style="color: sienna">. </span></strong></p><p></p><p><strong><span style="color: #a0522d">I seem to be having more cravings lately. I've stayed off the scale this month as suggested by one of the trainers at the gym, but I'm feeling F A T and B L O A T E D! (Heck, I'm still fat).</span></strong></p><p></p><p><strong><span style="color: #a0522d">What is up with me? Need some encouragement ladies. Do you think it's the year mark?
