She actually had medicare but she wasnt eligible for any other services that would take care of her until she went into a nursing home and at the time she wasnt bad enough to go into one. Because I was the only child, if I hadnt taken her on, I could have been found legally guilty of parental neglect!</p></blockquote><p></p>
