Lo and behold law enforcement went ahead with a charge that was expunged after one year on probation. The PO was required to visit our home once a month. He thought it was stupid and usually just drove by and waved when he saw my thumbs up. It's downright frightening how much power a poor educator can exercise! Keep your eyes and ears open, my friend.
