Each week we have a topic and we discuss it and we are ALLOWED to talk about our difficult child's, whereas in most of the al-anon groups I have been in they discourage that. I don;t want to criticize al-anon because many many people find it very helpful, I didn't. And I went to many meetings all over the city and beyond.
