This is heavenly. I just made up a pasta that is so good, I am tempted to slap somebody's mama. I sauteed some garlic in olive oil. Added chopped portobello caps and sauteed till soft. Then added chopped artichoke hearts and black olives. After sauteeing briefly, added a can of chopped tomatoes. Simmered for about 10 minutes and seasoned with salt & pepper. All the while pasta was cooking. Drained pasta, added cream to mushroom mixture and stirred. Added pasta to the sauce along with fresh grated parmesan. Hot this is good. ANd nobody to share it with. Sigh.
