Yes, we know the next one could be another Andrew or Katrina but it could be a Fay or even less. It is hard to leave your home and spend tremendous amounts of money for no reason and that is how many see it. So, I do understand why people don't leave. Honestly, would you leave every time they told you to just in case things got bad?</p></blockquote><p></p>
