Hi again! Sorry for the duplicate FBI information yesterday and short post. I still haven't gotten the hang of posting from my phone - I can't edit or review prior to posting! I am so glad you went to the police. But I would keep going...state law can be hazy when dealing with internet crime. I might even get in touch with the police dept or state police in Palo Alto CA where the FB headquarters are located. Please please please keep going beyond the your local PD. Please call the FBI, the CyberTipline (part of the National Center for Missing or Exploited Children) CyberTipline - Report Child Pornography Also try the Ohio Domestic Violence Network Domestic Violence Awareness Online - sexual crimes ARE considered domestic violence and they might have resources that can help. IME-local agencies often have local contacts at the Law Enforcement level who are willing to go above and beyond. Those babies are so lucky to have you and their Aunt Nichole. Stay strong. GO YOU! (by the way It's not "illegal" or a criminal act to violate the TOS of a website like Facebook-it's just against the rules of the site. You can report him to FB and hope they delete him for violating the TOS but it's a long shot. I once got in touch with them because a local CONVICTED pedophile awaiting sentencing had an active account and they didn't do a d@mn thing. I even sent a link to the court docs. )
