Many of us find good therapists who are familiar with learning how to detach from our adult troubled kids.</p><p></p><p>I've found that it is important to take the focus off of our kids and begin to place it back on ourselves. Doing kind and nurturing things for ourselves every single day is very, very important. Most of us forget how to take care of US. </p><p></p><p>Keep posting it helps.
