Both difficult child and myself have it. I have it in both my hands and feet, difficult child just seems to have just in his hands. Mine actually was so bad last night I was scared. Believe it or not it went numb and white while I was in the house (which is a first). I had to take difficult child to hockey last night and I'm not sure if that is what made it so bad (it didn't have a chance to go back to normal before I got into the arena) but when we got home it was the most painful, ugliest thing I had seen with it and I have had it for as long as I can remember. It was a purple blue. Usually they go white and numb and then come back. Last night this one finger took forever to change, no matter what I did. Gloves aren't a good thing to wear as they seperate the fingers, mittens are far better. Have you thought of using a heating blanket on your bed. Just turn it on before you go to bed and then turn it off when you get into bed (or keep it on). They have ones now that are even one-sided. Hope something works. It's a real pain to have that's for sure.
