Sharon, Way To Go!!! I'm so happy to hear about the lost inches!!! Your dedication to healthy living is an inspiration to all of us. Don't worry - A handful of fritos is ok - It's much, much worse if you crave something, don't give into it, eat everything in sight, and still wish you had had what you first craved to begin with... I know, I speak from experience:hammer: I think you should reward yourself with a beautiful new swimsuit (or two) for your cruise. Can I hide in your luggage, lol? I've been eating healthy and staying out of the kitchen after supper. This is a BIG accomplishment for me. I exercise as much as my body will let me. I'm beginning to accept the physical limitations I now have and appreciate the time I can work-out. I still have my moments when I just feel angry and frustrated but I know I'm dealing with them a bit better. I plan on doing everything I'm capable of to keep myself as healthy as possible. For now, I'm taking things one day at a time... WFEN
