[QUOTE="Californiablonde, post: 566671, member: 2196"] Thanks I'll ask my psychiatrist about it. Right now I"m willing to try just about anything. I am thinking of going back on Xanax. So far it has been the only thing to relieve my anxiety. If I take it around six at night I think I will be all good to drive at 6:30 the next morning. I've been overly paranoid this last year about taking it so I haven't asked psychiatrist. NOw I think I'm willing to try it again. We'll see what happens. Right now I'm counting down the days till the 18th. I'm already paranoid about going to sleep tonight. It's all I can think of. Lately I've been waking myself up by talking in my sleep. I'm worried it will progress into sleepwalking. I can't help it. It's on my mind 24/7 now and I can't stop thinking about it. I just pray nothing bad happens between now and my appointment time.
