Im so sorry to hear this about her but Im not surprised she finally is in jail or prison depending on the length of a sentence she got. Rest assured that even if she and boyfriend are in the same facility they wont have any contact. They keep the women and men separated. Im not even sure they can write to each other if they are both incarcerated. Some jails allow it and some dont. I watch a lot of the LockUp TV show and for some strange reason they give me comfort. I am absolutely sure a person could end up there and be okay if they behave themselves. I have seen shows where they have really good programs for people. In one show I saw, the inmates were making flags and quilts. Some of the quilts they made were going to either injured service members or to their parents if they died in action. That made me feel good about the place. I know there is a downside but life is what you make of it.
