Find something you like to do that is safe and enjoyable....read, exercise, get a scoop of ice cream, go to the movies, go to the library....and take a little time for yourself. by the way, if your child has bipolar illnes, you didn't cause this and can't cure it. Just make sure he gets to the doctor and do your best to relax and let go of what need not be your burden. I KNOW it is hard.
