It's like they've abdicated being a parent in order to keep the peace.</span></p><p></p><p style="text-align: left"><span style="font-size: 10px">One of her best friend's moms was talking to me about some of the kids this age "dating" and mentioned another parent chaperoning a "couple" to the movies for a "date". This friend's mom, when asked, said it probably wasn't the best thing to do and she wouldn't do it for her kids... too much of a slippery slope. I agreed with her.</span></p><p></p><p style="text-align: left"><span style="font-size: 10px">Are they right? Or, are we? And what does "pick your battles" mean to you?</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
