It's that I come from an area with a low population density. We simply do not attract the kinds of resources we need. We can't force them to come work here. They would all rather work in BIG cities. (Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal count. Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax are marginally acceptable. Everything else is... really REALLY hard to attract the resources we need.)</p></blockquote><p></p>
