It is too bad we no longer have involuntary commitment, but we don't so the chronically mentally ill are often homeless or with terrified family.</p><p></p><p>I wish I knew good resources. I wish our country did not extend total civil rights to the mentally ill. I am very, very sorry.</p></blockquote><p></p>
