Next... try to repeat the positive thing you do on Tuesday for the next week (exercises, eat well, etc) and ADD a new good habit next Tuesday.</p><p> </p><p>Personally, I've gotten away from eating enough fruit... I intend to eat at least 3 servings of fruit each day. I'll be getting 5 to 9 servings of fruits & veggies a day then. That's HEALTHY!!!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
