Favorite toys: My cap gun that I got when I had my tonsils out and my rope swing that hung on an iron bar between two trees. When I wasn't swinging on the swing, I was hanging on the bar doing tricks. Favorite food - Fresh caught catfish, green beans from the garden, my grandma's homemade bread. And every Saturday I'd go to the drugstore and have a chocolate ice-cream soda. Favorite candy - I remember when you could go in the dimestore and they had bins of candy and you could buy it in bulk pretty cheap; my favorite was the peanut clusters. Favorite TV shows - Pinky Lee and Howdy Doody. When I got older - 77 Sunset Strip, Cheyenne, and Perry Como Favorite Stars - Edd Byrnes (Kookie), Clint Eastwood when he was Rowdy Yates on Rawhide, and they guy who played Cheyenne (isn't that awful? I've forgotten his name!) Favorite books - There is a whole series of Dr. Doolittle books and I know I read them all. Also the Bobbsey Twins. Wanted but never got; A HORSE, of course. Fears- I really don't remember being afraid of much. I was just stupid I guess.
