Nook Readers Help me please.

I have waited a long time to get an e-reader (former post). I bought my nook last night, and I really wanted to open it up, charge it and then start reading. I thought they all came with some books to read that were free. I can't find that anywhere, only that we get a free book on Friday's. When I go to read it, not really interested, it's about vampires or something, I get that my account doesn't have a default credit card on file. Help me please.

If you go to the Barnes & Noble website (I think it's www.bn.com), look under Nook and there are a TON of free e-books. Some I actually liked.

And I didn't know we got a free one on Friday!!!
