No need to feel bad! As a moderator on this board, and a long time member, I can tell you that most of us find our way here when we are in the throes of crisis or darkness. It is a time when we need support the most. As time goes on, we begin to feel a little more comfortable sharing our experiences and our opinions.

It comes and goes in waves. We are just glad that you feel comfortable and have found the support of those who are along this journey with you. That's what the board is all about!
