It's Holder Mills, (Did I get the name right?) and it has taken me 5 tries to get it right. It was always clumpy. I found that I have to cook things longer and hotter. Hard to do with-fish. I may have to stick to chicken and pork chops. Tonight's pork chops were perfect! I cooked them for 45 min at 350, then broiled them for the final 4 min. Maybe cooking under stress is my thing?
