Rage and allergies

I read in a Facebook forum for mast cell activation disorder that people can get rage as an allergic symptom to common chemicals. I react to egg white with affective symptoms. I lately followed a protocol to desensitize them by eating increasing amounts of eggs, meditating, taking vitamin C. But last time I went overboard and consumed too many. So in the last two days I was having aggressive outbursts for small things. I managed to keep it under control by taking vitamin C, magnesium and of course I stopped the eggs.
Rage can be an allergic symptom. Allergies develop because of pollution, antibiotics, drugs etc.
I read that anti-histamines helped these people with rage and that some anti-depressants are weak anti-histamines.
So, for children (and adults) with aggressive behaviour, allergies are a venue to explore.
