The Explosive Child

Wow, that was a good book. I couldn't put it down so I finished it last night.
I think it may be geared for an older age group but I can definitely use Plan B with difficult child. He is able to express his feelings pretty well sometimes amongst his meltdowns(and others, well he explodes...) so I am anxious to start using this technique.
Does anyone on here use the Plan B with their young child/ren?
I would really like to hear some feedback on this.
