Think I might have

    overdone it a bit today! I took Ella, our Black Lab, for a 4 mile walk, then went to the health club where I did weights and then did 30 more minutes of cardio.

    My legs, especially my quads right now, are already starting to hurt!

    When will I learn? :hammer:

    *giggle* - silly lady!

    Good for you, though! Think of all those calories you burned! Woohoo!

    I'm going to start a 5 mile every day outside, plus my in home 3 miles. Just as soon as it warms up, because I'm not going out in the cold! LOL!

    Take a hot bath :)

    Like Janna, I think it's great you got lots of excercise - I'm sure Ella is very appreciative too!!!

    Sorry about the pain - Try to do stretching exercises before exercising. Also, take a long hot bath or shower afterwards - Something about the heat always seems to help. WFEN

    :bath: OH, but you have learned! Anything for a bubble bath. A long hot soak will do wonders. Gotta have one!

    Thanks all! I think yesterday was definitely worse than Sunday. It still hurts a bit but is improving!
