Which book of this set is recommended when you need to try to set boundaries with your adult child please. By the way came our 3 in the boundary quiz so problem have quite a bit more work today but its the relationship with my adult daughter that is in Meltdown, so trying to sort that one first.

Hi One Wish, I would also recommend Codependent No More by Melody Beattie and almost any Al-Anon book. It's all good solid boundary work and support while you are learning new ways of thinking and acting.
In terms of the abbreviations, or codes, Difficult Child stands for Difficult Child. I'm not sure what you are referring to with C1 and C2??
