I am sitting here, plugging away at legal carpe' and digesting I still have this child in my possession, sigh.... I love my kid do not get me wrong, but he was almost done with house arrest and now another whole month of it, I am the one inprisoned!

I've lived through house arrest with a raging difficult child too, and it's not very much fun, to say the least. You're right, that it's much harder on the "guard".

Sorry that court was such a washout. Hope Mr. Magoo gets his prescription adjusted soon so he can see the light.

What a mess! Sorry things weren't resolved, or sorted out, or anything. Sending hugs and lots of strength to get you through. Knock on wood, I haven't had to do the house arrest thing, but it wouldn't be pretty around here if I did have to.
