I cut up the slab, boil them (pork ribs, not beef) covered for an hour with salt, pepper & cayenne pepper. Place them in a large baking dish....sprinkle with cayenne (we like 'em spicy)....cover in sauce....let them sit for awhile before grilling them off, adding more sauce as we grill. I think I might just have to make those soon! Yummmmmy. :spaghetti: Pretty yummy with garlic potatoes & onions on the grill in foil.
