She became fixated several days ago about getting a fish. So her reward for taking medications for two weeks is a fish.

She complained of a headache last night and of stomach ache and headache this am. She has not taken her dose yet today. Would not go to camp yesterday and today is not looking good. I will call the psychiatrist about the headache today.
