I have used this company before. Recently I ordered 2 items and on as half smashed to bits and half salvagable. The company was super great and did not want the broken item back. They also did not charge any extra shipping for the replacement. I was surprised, happily of course, because I have had other sides want me to pay full shipping charges if an item as damaged in transit.
