Thanks ladies, your words and thoughts ( and humor and sunshine ) mean a lot to me. I'm not really feeling any better this morning, but the sun is shining so I'm hopeful. My dr didn't call me back yesterday and her office is closed today, so it'll have to wait until tomorrow. I do have an appointment with therapist this evening though. Star, thanks for the video, very thoughtful! Did you put that together? I'd like to see the jamz now, <grin>.

It's no wonder you're kinda down. You've been running on empty for a while. School *and* work and familly worries. Hopefully you can take some time to nurture yourself this summer. I know what you mean about the weather. It's been the rainiest and coldest May here in Colorado that we've had in a long time. The kids almost didn't get their Field Day.

I know you well enough to know you will turn this around; there is nothing passive about you, Jo. You face things head on and always come out the other side stronger.

Hugs. I cannot even imagine the chronic pain, I have seen it and it is horrible. I hope your doctor calls you soon with a medication tweak, or something that will help. I have not been so great in the depression part of things myself, so I can sympathize there. Fake it till you make it? Well I can only do that at work or at home but not both, and sometimes I just don't care enough to try.

Hang in there. Think of Dory in Finding Nemo, and keep singing "just keep swimming, just keep swimming"
