I think I have finally made peace with my situation.

difficult child is doing so well with school. She is just amazing. I am so proud of her. There just aren't words to express it. I get teary every time I think about it.

I really enjoy having easy child and girlfriend here. girlfriend is such a bright spot in any day. easy child chose well.

I have good friends - real life and online.

I'm poorer than a church mouse, but I have everything I need.

Life is good.

(It helps that the irritability finally wore off. )
