Keep in mind that both the new warning and the review of clinical studies involve just the suicidal ideation, not the hostility (anger, aggression, violence, homicidal ideation, etc). The clinical studies also identify hostility as an adverse reaction but no one seems to pay much attention to it. The review of the clinical studies that appeared earlier in The Lancet took into all the adverse reactions, including the hostility, when they said that there is a negative risk-benefit profile for the use of SSRI/SSRI-related antdiepressants. The only exception to that was Prozac whose risk-benefit profile was slightly positive.
