questions for new child psychiatrist

So I found out last week that difficult child's current psychiatrist will be leaving the area. I have time to interview new psychiatrists, and am wondering what questions would be good to ask? I have been spoiled with current psychiatrist, he relates well to difficult child and communicates well with me.

I know of several in our area, but only one is on the preferred list for my insurance and I am very unsure of him. I will go with an out of network if I have to just to get difficult child good care, but want to make an informed decision.
