The fact that people are studying these food items is important, regardless whether they prove it one way or another. You know how Vit C was pooh-poohed for so long... but interest stayed up there and now it's a staple in our diets. I'm thinking along the same lines for gluten and casein, only that they should NOT be a staple in our diets. We just have to be patient. I'm just glad it keeps showing up in the news. We are working on this diet because our difficult child wets the bed with-dairy (especially milk and cheese) and gets very ADHD with-wheat.
