Animal Parade Omega 3

What does everyone recommend for amount of Omega 3 a day? Exactly what does it do?

I saw Animal Parade mentioned on another post...is that what you recommend and is it only available online?

So many questions...lol.....

I'm sorry, I didn't see this post. I had a busy weekend. I use Animal Parade. I'm sure you can find them online. I just bought the Omega 3/6/9. I've used the DHA in the past, but this seems to have more in it and a stronger dosage, which is what Missy needs.
