Collaborative problem solving - Plan B show stoppers and drilling for concerns

Hi,
It is important to have general , non-emotive conversations with kids so we can introduce problem solving concepts like perspective taking, identifying concerns, defining problems, brainstorming solutions . When we do problem solving plan B is it very useful to use the Plan B cheat sheet.

A big challenge in doing Plan B is when a kid says something that seems to stop the conversation . We then need to know how to deal with
show stoppers and drilling down for concerns .

I hope this helps
Allan
