Here it is. I love this concept. It could be summed up in four words as well. They are "IT IS WHAT IT IS." Read and enjoy. It's about accepting calmly the present, as it is, even if you wish it were differently. Very good for de-stressing when we are angsting over issues we have no control over. Helped me tons.
