I know this might fit on Natural Treatments, but thought some here might be interested.

There is a cookbook out called Cooking for Isaiah that is packed with gluten free recipes that are AWESOME. The writer was featured in the current issue of Taste of Home magazine. She developed the recipes for her son, and then managed to get the book published with them.

The recipe in the magazine is for an apple coffee cake with cinnamon and chocolate chips that sounds AWESOME. I am NOT one for anything that tastes even remotely like health food, so for me to think it is awesome says something.

Those who are trying to keep gluten out of their diet, or their child's diet may find this book is a big help.

I plan to at least check out the recipes at the bookstore!
