    Does anyone use herbs? I use Valerian root to help my anxiety. Any ways I was thinking about trying others? Any thought?:hamwheelsmilf:

    Depends on what you are trying to help... and on the particular herb... and whether you are on medications.

    Some safe things that we use:
    - for nausea: ginger, in ANY form, stronger the better
    - for headaches including migraines: peppermint (and anything else in mint family), chamomile, lavender (not to eat... the scent helps)

    I do love ginger for nausea, lavender for my bedroom and bathroom, pumpkin pie spice smells good in the kitchen.
