Tommorow night(Sunday) I need to have some type of inspirational words, anywhere from a paragraph to a page. It can be quoted from someone, or whatever. My dragonboat team practices and at the halfway point, we stop rowing, and someone reads the "inspiration". It's my turn tomorrow. We are all a bunch of cancer survivors so it is usually about overcoming obstacles, or appreciating the day, smelling the roses, something inspirational along those lines. Does anyone know a website or know of anything good I can use? Thanks, Alyssa

Whenever I am down and out, I repeat this to myself. It helps me know that hope exists---and if I sit still enough, I will hear it in my heart.
